    Matt has over 8 years of Personal Training and working in fitness facility experience. He prides himself in being able to work with a large variety of individuals. His current clients range from Division 1 athletes to ninety years old and everything in-between. His own personal weight loss journey has helped him guide and relate to individuals looking to start their own fitness journeys. Matt focuses on safe progressive workouts for clients. Using periodization in his programming to improve strength, mobility and endurance.

    Abby began her fitness journey after sustaining a knee injury that stopped her from doing daily activities for two years. Having experienced the struggle of overcoming everyday challenges along the way has inspired her to help others overcome their own obstacles.Abby is a firm believer that moving better makes you feel better leading to a healthier, happier lifestyle.

    Abby has developed the ability to design goal-specific training individualized for each of her clients to assist them in meeting their wants and needs. She has received educational training on exercise for all walks of life and is dedicated to helping her clients reach their “why” behind their fitness journey.

    AED/BLS/CPR certified, Tactical training experience, 4 years personal training experience, Active Law Enforcement

    Nick has been an active local law enforcement officer for the past 4 years, and has recently completed both SWAT and sniper schools. Nick has been a lifelong athlete, having over 10 years of lifting and fitness experience.

    Nick has a long determined goal to physically better himself and others in the gym and while training. He enjoys the challenge of stepping out of my comfort zone to try something new, or take in a new client with unique goals and needs. No matter your goal, Nick will prioritize it as if it’s his own and do his best to help you reach it!
